Fried Sesame Cake |
- 1 chicken egg
- 0.5 l water
- 0.1 kg sugar
- 0.2 l oil or melted butter
- 0.25 kg wheat flour (all purposed flour)
- one teaspoon baking soda
- one teaspoon salt
- one tablespoon milk powder
- White and black sesame seeds.
Blend egg, water, white sugar and olive oil into little bowl
Use wood chopsticks to mix well to verify sugar is liquefied.
Blend wheat flour, preparing pop, salt and milk powder into clean bowl.
Blend step 1 with blend flour in step 3 into one smooth blend. Utilization hands to massage it well.
When it won't stick your hands, it is great. Cover by nylon pack and sit tight for 15 – 30 minutes.
After spread flour, utilization hands to move into equivalent circle shapes.
Utilization blade to cut 2 lines cross on face of flour shapes. Move through sesame seeds. You can spread a little water on top to verify sesame can stich much on it.
Heat the oil. Include flour blocks into dish and sear until it turns chest
nut yellow. Put on plate added paper napkin to assimilate squandered oil.
