Safari Style Corn Fried Chicken |
- Chicken joints – 4
- Eggs (beaten) – 1
- Browned breadcrumbs – 4 tablespoons
- Corn oil – 3-4 tablespoons
- Seasoned flour – 1 tablespoon
Pre-heat oven to 375 oF.
Take an ovenproof dish and cover its bottom with oil. Next, place it in oven for ten minutes.
Dip the chicken in seasoned flour, then in eggs and lastly in the breadcrumbs.
Now place it in the dish and baste it well.
Place the joints in the hot oil and baste well
Bake it for 15-20 minutes until they get tender.
Serve hot with ketchup or any other sauce.

- Amount of ingredients mentioned here is for four chicken pieces adjust it by yourself evaluating the number of chicken joints you want to cook.
- Make sure the oven temperature is adjusted as guided above.
- Make sure the oil is hot and the dish is oven proof.
- Bake the chicken joints for prescribed time or more than that until all the pieces get cooked from both sides evenly.
- This recipe hardly takes 25 – 30 minutes and you are done with nice crispy yummy nibbles. You can enjoy along the safari or going for hiking or any other recreational activity with friends or family.
