Scrambled Eggs with Garlic and Cilantro Recipe
Scrambled Eggs with Garlic and Cilantro | healthy breakfast recipes



  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon (20 ml) sour cream
  • ¼ cup (65ml) milk
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 20 g of fresh parmesan cheese, grated



Mix the eggs, cream, milk and garlic until a smooth consistency. Add the cilantro and season with salt and pepper to taste Vegetarian Breakfast Recipes.


Melt the butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Pour the eggs and cook until 3 to 5 minutes (depending on your taste), stirring constantly. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese to serve.
