Place bananas, grapes, yogurt, apple and spinach in the blender. Cover and blend until well blended. If necessary, turn off the engine frequently to occasionally move the ingredients stick to the sides of the blender.
Tip:
If your smoothie is too thick, add a tablespoon of milk, juice or soy milk (one by one) until desired consistency.
