Rice Pudding

Rice pudding recipe
Rice Pudding




  • 300 grams of rice.
  • 1 liter of milk.
  • 4 large spoons of sugar.
  • A piece of lemon peel.
  • A small spoon of ground cinnamon.


Put a container on the fire with 700 ml. Milk, sugar and lemon peel.

When it begins to boil add the rice, leave it to simmer for 20 minutes, if you see that it stays dry you just have to add some water.

After 20 minutes check if it is soft, if it is not just leave it on the fire a few minutes more is better than the rice is very soft.

When you have the soft rice, remove from the heat and add the 300 ml. Of cold milk that we have reserved, if you see that it is still very thick add a little more milk until it is to your liking.

In individual containers, distribute the rations and spread the ground cinnamon on top.

You can decorate it with a piece of orange peel or some dried fruit that you have at hand.
