Agar Agar Malaysian Dessert Recipe
Agar Agar



  • 0.75 l Water 
  • 0.25 l Evaporated milk 
  • One packet Agar Agar powder (12g) 
  • Nine tbsp Sugar 
  • One cap Almond essence


Heat the water in a pot 1. Include agar powder.

Include sugar, mix in well and permit to break up. 

Include dissipated milk. 

Mix the blend until you can feel it begin to thicken somewhat then pour in a top brimming with almond embodiment and mix quickly. 

Fill a suitable metal compartment and permit to cool. 

Once the blend has cooled to room temperature place it in the cooler and permit it to chill.
