  • 400 grams of broccoli
  • 3 tablespoons grated cheese
  • 40 grams of instant rolled oats
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives dessert of fresh or dried
  • 1 tablespoon dessert seed mix (I used flax, chia and sesame)

I boil the broccoli until tender, not past, which is not much softened. As we see it is about what we strain to not absorb water. We let it down a bit and we process temperature to almost crush. Let cool covered with film or clogged.

Once it is cold we add the oatmeal, cheese, chives, seeds, oil, salt and eggs. If adult and like stronger, can add pepper and garlic powder or minced.

Mix well and cover everything. We Refrigerate at least one hour.

We put a griddle or nonstick skillet on medium heat to heat.

The cook two minutes per side, approximately, until golden brown and cook in (depending on fire).
We can use to make sandwiches with cheese, roasted red pepper and Arabic bread, for example, or what you like.

It can also serve the dish with a salad or white rice.
