  • 1 1 / 3c sugar rises, divided
  • 3 / 4TZ egg
  • 3 / 4c vanilla extract
  • 24oz evaporated skim milk (2cans)


Start by placing 1 cup sugar in a large skillet over medium heat, cook for about 5 minutes; high as the sugar is dissolved (do not stir the mixture) continue cooking until golden removerbien.

then immediately pour into a 9-inch springform pan, the Deposit of the sugar and dissolved, covering the entire mold deposit, and set aside.

Combine the remaining 1/3 cup sugar, egg, vanilla and milk; stir well.


Pour into the prepared pan; place in a large pan, add hot water to a depth of about 1 inch. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean with no traces of cake stuck. Remove the cake pan from water; let cool 1 hour on a wire rack. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours.
