Flan |
- 1 1 / 3c sugar rises, divided
- 3 / 4TZ egg
- 3 / 4c vanilla extract
- 24oz evaporated skim milk (2cans)
Start by
placing 1 cup sugar in a large skillet over medium heat, cook for about 5
minutes; high as the sugar is dissolved (do not stir the mixture) continue
cooking until golden removerbien.
