- 4 1/2c of fresh raspberries
- 3c sugar
- 1 / 4c Framboise
We started
placing the ingredients in a large saucepan and place over medium heat, bring
to the boil stirring occasionally. When you see the mixture begins to boil,
increase the heat to high and start cooking, stirring constantly, for about 20
minutes.
Once the
mixture Empiese to these in thick state, move carefully so that donot stick.
when the mixture has reached an jam or similar type mixture, remove from heat
immediately.
Serve hot
jars and vacuum sealed sterilized.
