Recipe Greek-style roast fish |
- 5 potatoes washed and cut into small pieces
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves and chopped
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ lemon cut into pieces
- 2 tomatoes and cut into chunks
- 2 fresh fish fillets (preferable whitefish) (approximately 200 g)
- 1 puñado little chopped parsley
Proceed to put the oven at an ideal temperature of 200C / 180C fan / gas 6. Tip mixed as potatoes, onions, garlic, oregano and olive oil in a baking dish, unseasoned, then mix well to coat all the ingredients in the oil. We proceed to Bake for 15 minutes, turning the ingredients and bake for 15 minutes.
To go finishing add lemon, tomatoes and put roast for 10 minutes, then lay the fish fillets and make cook for 10 more. Finally take parsley to taste and serve.
