Rice Pudding Recipe
Rice Pudding



  • 1 cup of rice
  • 5 cups water
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • ½ cup raisins
  • ground cinnamon


Cook in a pot with 1 cup rice 5 cups water and cinnamon stick to normal degree of fire, while this cooked rice pour 2 milk mixing well the mixture.

To this we add the butter, followed by the use of other ingredients, then decrease the power of the heat and leave for 20 minutes whenever removed so that the mixture does not stick, once ready to serve sprinkle ground pepper to taste cinnamon.
