Cover Eggplant With Brie |
- cut lengthwise and several steaks eggplant
- Brie cheese
- Onion
- Tomato
- Olive oil
- Salt

Grilled eggplant steaks and set aside. In a sauté pan over low heat the onion cut into small pieces, almost transparent when you add a peeled tomato and party, a little sugar to remove the agrior and let cook a few more minutes.
