Scrambled Eggs and Shrimp Recipe
Scrambled Eggs and Shrimp

The combination of scrambled eggs with shrimp is a delight to serve brunch. For extra indulgence, serve this dish with hollandaise sauce.





  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • Salt and pepper
  • 15 g butter
  • Two slices of toasted bread
  • 100 g Grilled Shrimp
  • 2 teaspoons chopped chives


In a bowl, break the eggs, add the milk and salt and beat well with a fork.

Melt the butter in a small pan, pour the egg mixture and allow to thicken slightly preparation. Using a spatula, push the eggs around the edges so that the liquid can bake in the center remained in turn. 

Mix, leaving the eggs cook too long.

Place toasts on plates then cover the preparation with a spoon. Place shrimp on top and sprinkle with chives. Serve.
