To make the base:
Cream the ½ cup butter with the following ingredients. Brown sugar and vanilla.
Mix in the flour cake, it should be well combined. Press into an ungreased mold, a 9-inch square mold.
Bake the base at 375 degrees for about 15 minutes, until golden brown. Remove and cool to room temperature.
To make the filling follow the following steps:
Spread well drained 1 cup of crushed pineapple on cooked base, cooled.
Beat the melted butter with granulated sugar, egg, vanilla and coconut, must be well beaten to form good consistency.
Spread this mixture evenly over the pineapple already made. Return the dough to the oven at 375 degrees and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
Remove and let cool completely in the pan. To serve cut in squares.
